Shipping

All orders are shipped to domestic and international destinations via Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au), within 24 hours of payment being received. Flat-rate regular postage cost to all Australian destinations is $3 / order. Other postage charge is automatically calculated and can be view by clicking the "Estimate Shipping" button in your shopping cart. When checking out, please ensure that your Shipping address and Email address are correct.

Australian destinations: 
 

+ Registered Post: often takes 1 - 7 business days to arrive at your door. This is a signature service. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you can pick up the parcel from your local post office. 

+ Express Post: takes 1-3 business days. This is an express service but does not include insurance.

International destinations: 
All international orders are shipped via Air Mail with Australia Post's "International Parcel Post". Please select this option during check out.
Should you require an Express service, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Payment

Detailed information on payment is given at check out. We accept these payment methods:
~ Direct deposit into our bank account (Commonwealth Bank)
~ Bank cheque or Money order  
~ Credit card: Payment can be made using Visa card or Mastercard through our secure site, which is installed with an advanced fraud prevention system. Please check the lock sign on the bottom right corner of the page to verify. You can also telephone us to pay with your credit card. 

If you're paying with a credit card, please provide a landline number in your contact details, (including international orders). To avoid fraud and protect both our customers & ourselves, we may call you to verify credit card payment. 
Once the payment has been approved, all your credit card details are completely deleted from our system. Nothing will be stored afterwards. 

Return Policy

 Please read the product description and choose carefully as we do not accept return or exchange if you change your mind. We try our best to make the photos as close to the actual products as possible. However, colours and sizes may appear differently on your screen.

If a product is not as described, or is faulty upon delivery, we will gladly replace or refund given that the item is returned to us in its original packaging. 

Returns must be received at our office within 14 days of your receiving the order. 
We cannot refund any postage or packing costs, and the return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
